Wellbeing
Wellbeing of both students and staff is integral to all we do at Caister Academy. Students have a dedicated non-teaching Head of Year who is available to them all throughout the school day. They will see their form tutor daily and we also have counselling available for those who may require some extra support. Students are taught to look after their physical and mental health through from time, assemblies and PSHE lessons.
Rehab 4 Addiction offers a wealth of resources and information about addiction and mental health, which could be invaluable to those in need.
