At Caister Academy we believe that a comprehensive personal development education combined with excellent pastoral care is vital to ensure all Caister Academy students flourish, achieve well and go on to live successful lives. Each child benefits from a form tutor, assistant head of year and head of year to ensure that their pastoral needs are met daily. This structure also allows for them to have several trusted adults with advanced safeguarding training to listen to any concerns and keep them safe at all times. 

Caister Academy has recently become a Diana Trust training school which means that key members of the school community, including staff and students are trained to spot and intervene with all types of bullying.
